Before you read this, I am NOT defending Art Pedroza... Errr, actually I guess I am. But most of all, I am just sick and tired of wannabe liberals in America and its time to put a stop to it! AND BTW Art, in my opinion you have a lot to learn about real liberalism. But, I must say you have never done anything to piss me off personally, therefore I am going to take it easy on you. But the “Liberal” OC Boys have gone overboard and they're the real problem with the system and this society. Therefore I am compelled to call them out on their bullshit!

Before you read the next paragraph please know that I understand that there are good Lawyers out there that do try to help day to day people, but they are few and far between. Most people in the system get swallowed up by it and become sell outs and bad people, IMO. But people who create such anguish and torment for people the way The Liberal OC and their pussy Lawyers have done to Art Pedroz, is just down right immoral.

I believe in very little of this paper work, litigation, court and lawyer bs in the first place. We could easily eliminate 90% of the BS paper work in this society and make all the paper pushers get real jobs! Question: why is it that in 2008 when the property owners placed a vote to have the PBID placed in action only 27 of Property owners voted for it, yet 43 voted against it?

After a ton of local controversy because council woman Claudia Alvares had the balls to Call out Irv Chase in accusations of Gentrification, many things have become apparent:

1- Claudia Alvarez isn’t Racist

2- Chase probably is racist

3- Mexican vendors are being pushed out!

4- And if someone does not step in, Santa Ana Promenade all the way to East Village workshops, back north towards 4^th Street, then from French to 4^th and Broadway is going to become: The restaurant village. Thus art and culture will get swept to the side, while white, O.C. trust fund babies up your fucking ying-yang, will be running rampant.

Of course, you do have the Cal. State Fullerton building which will probably survive through this gentrification process, but I have found many of the people and students there have this mental disorder that I recently stumbled upon: “The CacaLate syndrome”.

Let’s dive into the definition of this horrid social disease and then we’ll go ahead and move onto these 4 points. There are many people around, ESPECIALLY here in O.C. and here in DT Santa Ana who feel so good (or bad) about themselves that they actually think that if they were to poop on a piece of Aluminum foil and wrap it up and hand it to you, that it would pass as a Baby Ruth, Snickers, Hershey with Almonds (Name your favorite candy bar with chocolate and nuts), etc. These people are Rampant around here. Just because all the trendy and non-bilingual white people don’t like it, I don’t think that gives rich real estate sharks, paper pushers and flounders like Irv Chase the right to do whatever the fuck he wants, the people should have more of a say. He is only one person, and this is an entire city. We need to put a “Cap” on Capitalism. This is our city, WE MAKE THE RULES! Not Irv! I don’t know about the rest of you white people around here, but I like being able to walk a few blocks only to find the feeling of Mexico right in my back yard; and you don’t even have to cross the border and put up with the border Nazi’s. Plus I was able to bust out some Vicente Fernandez and knock their fucking socks off! It will truly be a shame if Irv gets his entire way. We obviously can’t eradicate him from the plan because he has too many little, green, paper bills, but we can certainly slow down this process, and we can make it more our way instead of theirs. Business or not, we have to slow him down and guide it our way.

Point number 4: The rich and greedy, paper pushing, economy exploiting, money launderers and the untalented (people who have talent for pushing paper, which is not a legit talent, IMO), will never cease to exploit the cultured and talented (those of us who prefer the simple life and are content with our talents and our fun loving lifestyles), which after they hang them out to dry and leave them with nothing. If someone does not step in and do something about all of this, the restaurant village is going to take over and the art will be GONE! At least any good art.

I'm worried about the parking in santa Ana, not the 4th & French Plaza

Right now the name of the plaza is not my biggest concern (nor should it be anyone’s, IMO). My biggest concern is the parking meeting at town hall that the former members of AVASA were not invited to on Thursday, that’s tomorrow. Why is it that the same political BS has to happen in every, single, So. Cal. town and in America? Do you guys really want to follow in the footsteps of Irvine and L.A.? You really want to be like FREAKING IRVINE? That place is like NAZI-VILLE USA! And LA is just a mess! There is sort of feeling in the air: all the white, So. Orange county people, want Santa Ana to be Trendy Like LA and like cookie cutter, Nazi-Irvine, with its ass hole cops who bother you when you're trying to have fun. We can't be a little more creative about generating funds? We have to constantly exploit the hard working people of this town with LAME and highly immature, stupid, arbitrary and irrelevant parking laws and ass hole cops? The Valet parking was the most ridiculous proposal ever.

And once the Santora building gets sold, what then? WTF? It’s like the freaking twilight zone around here lately.
